The values and guiding principles in the Code of Conduct serve as a compass for all activities and oblige employees to implement them in their daily work. Third parties who work with Geistlich are also expected to comply with these principles.

With innovative, safe to use and reliable medical devices and medicinal products, Geistlich aims to make a significant contribution to the success of treatment and thus to the well-being of patients. Collaboration and knowledge sharing with medical professionals and institutions are essential to achieving this goal. We support our medical partners in expanding and consolidating their knowledge and skills through education, training and other appropriate further training measures.

Geistlich attaches great importance to ensuring that the independent decision-making of healthcare professionals is not impaired by such interactions and, as a member of Swiss MedTech, supports the publication of educational grants as stipulated in its transparency guidelines.

The reporting period is one calendar year and the duration of publication is set at three years in each case.
